Fruition Marañón Canyon 68% Dark Milk Chocolate Bar Review

Fruition Chocolate is a craft chocolate maker located in the Catskill Mountains of New York. This dark milk bar has won several awards, and is made from National beans from Maranon Canyon in Peru. The particular bar in this review is from batch #2.

Color;  Medium brown with a touch of red.

Nose:  Cinnamon, fudge, cream, floral.

Texture:  Very smooth, medium bodied, creamy.

Taste:  Buttery, cinnamon, malt.

Finish:  Medium finish with malt, and cinnamon notes lingering.
